This week I have lost another 3 pounds. I used to eat only diet food, I would make me something different for dinner other than my Husband and kids. I have been eating everything that they eat, only small portions of the food. I eat anything like ice cream, chips. Instead of having a whole bowl of ice cream, have a scoop or two even with choclate syrup. Have a few chips instead of half a bag. I really want people to try what I'm doing, its so great and I have lost weight like this before. Its too simple to not atleast try it. Atleast try this for one week and tell me how you feel, if you feel great you will want to keep doing the things that I'm doing. You will feel GREAT! you will feel lite and great!!!!!
