Hard to throw away the leftovers
I know it can be hard to stop eating when your full. It is really worth the results! Try to eat just half of your food for atleast one week and tell me how you feel. You will start to feel alot better. I want you to drink water, you can have other things, just not pop. I drink the soda every once in awhile. You need to eat just half of your food on your plate. Try to drink water with dinner. Water melts fat and this is shrinking your stomach! When you eat just enough your body will absorb what it needs and your stomach will not expand it will actually shrink in time. This happens very quick if you stick to it.
