If you have read my blog, you know about eating smaller portions and weight loss. If you want even faster results, then of course you need to exercise also. Exercising will help you feel better and live longer. If you are eating just half of your food, you will not need to be doing much exercising to see results with this method. I just do basic exercises. Strength training is best of all with some mild walking every other day.
